ACO-Engineering offers a complete program of sanitary filter housings with filter cartridges for the process industry – everything in very high quality.

The filter housings are manufactured from AISI 304 and are supplied with front or side operation.

The filter housings are dimensioned for air volumes from about 2.000 to 250.000 m³/hour.

o    Filter housings are delivered with accompanying connecting pieces welded on without the use of flanges.

o    Connecting pieces are equipped with stiffening irons on areas larger than 0.8 m²

o    Filter housings get ¼" couplings welded on with respect to differential measurement

o    Filter housings are delivered with complete Magnehelic® differential measurers incl. mounting console and necessary hose and screw joints

o    Front operated filter housings are delivered with front plate, perforated 10x10 on 12x12 mm

o    Filter housings are manufactured in the following standards:

o    Industry standard = pickled

o    Foodstuffs standard = polished (sanitary)

o    Pharmaceutical standard = burnished

Depending on the job the filter cartridge is specified in consultation with the customer.
