Top condenser for direct mounting on tanks and process columns. For cleaning and collection of harmful or valuable condensate from the process ACO-Engineering has developed a complete condenser for mounting directly on top of a tank or a process column. The top condenser is tailor-made so it fits the column diameter.

By using a top condenser instead of a traditional condenser, tube and pump installation are made redundant. The top condenser not only ensures a more simple installation, it is also much cheaper to maintain.

The extracted condensate is collected in the condensate collector which – if necessary – can be temperature regulated separately before the condensate is lead out through the bottom.

Excess, non-condensed steam is lead out through a connection placed on the container side, and from there it is lead back into the process.

The condenser bank’s low height and large cross section makes the top condenser well suited for large flow amounts, and the drop in pressure is minimal.
